Design Consultation

£500 + VAT

A one-off virtual consultation focused on identifying what to elevate, refine, and refresh in your holiday let.

Includes:

  • Pre-design questionnaire

  • 90–120 minute virtual consultation

  • Expert advice on:

    • Layout and flow

    • Colour palette

    • Styling improvements and standout moments

  • Follow-up summary with clear recommendations

Perfect if you want expert direction and a clear, actionable plan.

 
Airbnb Consultation and curated sourcing list with Holly Scott Interior Design

Consultation + Curated Sourcing List

£1,500 + VAT

Everything in Option 1, plus a handpicked list of up to 15 sourced items to elevate your interiors.

Includes:

  • Curated list of furniture, lighting, artwork, accessories, and soft furnishings

  • Clickable links to ready-to-buy products

  • Styling notes on how and where to use each piece

Ideal if you want expert guidance and professionally sourced items without managing a full design project.

Full Property Styling Plan

£2,000 + VAT

Everything in Option 2, plus a professionally designed Styling Moodboard to bring your vision to life.

Includes:

  • Moodboard showing all 15 sourced items visually together

  • Cohesive colour palette and design direction

  • A polished, cohesive look across multiple rooms

Perfect for owners who want to see the full design vision in one place — ready to hand to a team or style themselves with confidence.

 

Optional Extras

Want to take your design further? You can add:

  • Extra sourcing time (10 more items): +£400 + VAT

  • 30-minute post-install check-in call: +£100 + VAT

  • Multi-room moodboard upgrade: custom quote
